Should I worry about COVID-19 Global Pandemic Shipping Delays?
No doubt, the COVID-19 Global Pandemic had been devastating for our business. We did face so many issues in shipping the orders in the months of March & April. However, we’ve now surpassed the hard times & heading towards the New Horizon. We’ve come up with great potential. No need to worry about the shipping delays. All the orders are being delivered in a timely manner. Moreover, we now have stocks available in USA that will be delivered in 3 – 5 Business Days. - What is the expected normal delivery duration?
The total delivery time includes the processing time/production time & the shipping time. Normally orders are being delivered in 15 – 30 Business Days. After receiving your shipping confirmation email, your order will be delivered in 15 – 20 Business Days. Tracking normally takes some time to show up in the system. If your tracking code doesn’t start working in 3 – 5 Business Days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, then you must contact our Customer Care Department to get your issue resolved.
- Can I order a Customised Paint by Numbers Kit?
Yes, you can order a customised paint by numbers kit with your own custom photo. You can send us your custom photo via email & we’ll send you a FREE Paint by Numbers Version of your custom photo for your confirmation prior to placing an order. We have a separate section for custom orders where you can upload your own custom photo to place an order. The processing time of custom orders is longer than the regular painting kits. Custom Paint by Numbers Kits usually take 2 weeks to be processed before shipping.
- Why some items in my order are missing?
We have multiple partners working with us from overseas so the orders are shipped from multiple locations. An order having multiple items might be shipped from different locations. So, the order will be dispatched in multiple packages with separate tracking codes. These packages might arrive at different times.
- Why do I have two separate tracking numbers?
If your order gets shipped in multiple packages then you’ll be provided with a separate tracking code for each of your package. You can then track all of your packages coming from multiple locations.
- What is the process of shipping?
We use multiple carriers to ship the orders in multiple countries. Once your order passes through customs, you can then expect your order coming through your country’s local carrier like USPS for United States etc. Depending on your country’s carrier situation, your order might be delayed because of backlogged orders, the speed of your local carrier, environmental/seasonal conditions, protest or natural disasters.

Orders are shipped through multiple carriers & can be tracked on multiple tracking sites. 17track is a universal tracking platform.

- What will be included in my order?
Your order will include a High-Quality Painting Canvas along with a set of colorful paints & 3 sized paint brushes. Frames are optional. You can either have a frame less painting kit or a painting kit with DIY Wooden Frame. You’ll have to assemble your wooden frame & stretch your canvas upon it. We also have Framed Painting Kits in which canvas is pre-stretched on a wooden frame. Please wisely choose your desired painting kit while placing your order.

- How Can I order my Paint by Numbers Kit from USA Stocks?
We’ve a separate collection available on our site for our USA Stocks. Please keep in mind that USA Stock is only available for US Based Customers. If any customer orders a Painting Kit from USA Stock sitting in any country other than USA, then the order will be dispatched from overseas. We’ve made a USA Shipping Collection that includes highest selling & trending Paint by Numbers Kits.
- Why my Tracking Status is not getting updated?
If your tracking status seems to be stuck on a point & doesn’t getting updated then please don’t be worried as it’s quite normal. While moving between distribution centres, the tracking normally doesn’t get updated. However, when your order reaches the next facility then the tracking status automatically gets updated.
- What if my Tracking Doesn’t Start Working?
If your tracking code doesn’t start working for 7 – 10 days then it’s quite normal. Orders are dispatched in batches from Shipping Company’s Warehouse. There are certain limits on the numbers of the packages that can be shipped in a day. Your order might be one of those unlucky orders that will have to wait for the next batch. If the same issue persists for longer than 10 days then you must contact our customer care department & your matter will be resolved within 2 working days. Our 98% Orders are being shipped & delivered without any error or delay.
- What if I receive a Damaged or Wrong Product?
If you receive an unfortunate damaged product or your delivered item is wrong then please don’t be worried as you’ll be provided with a replaced product. You’ll have to contact our Customer Support & provide the photos of the received product. Our technical staff will review & forward your claim to the concerned department in 24 – 48 hours. Your replacement kit will be dispatched with highest priority.
